Everything you need to know about Google Search Console indexing and IndexFast.

8 languages 200 URLs/day free quota 24–48h average indexing time Updated June 2026

IndexFast is a web service that automates page indexing in Google through the official Google Indexing API. Instead of manually submitting URLs one by one in Google Search Console, you connect your GSC account once, add a sitemap, and IndexFast automatically submits all your pages for indexing.

It works by creating a Service Account in Google Cloud and granting it access to your GSC property. IndexFast then uses the official indexing.googleapis.com endpoint to notify Google about new or updated pages.

Once submitted through the Google Indexing API, Google typically crawls and indexes pages within 24–48 hours — compared to the usual 2–8 weeks with regular crawling.

For maximum speed, combine IndexFast with:

  • A fresh sitemap.xml submitted in GSC
  • Pages with proper meta tags and structured data
  • Regular content updates to keep the site active in Google's eyes

Setup takes about 10 minutes:

  • Step 1: Add your site in Google Search Console and verify ownership
  • Step 2: Register at indexfast.pro
  • Step 3: Create a project in Google Cloud Console
  • Step 4: Enable the Indexing API in your project
  • Step 5: Create a Service Account and download the JSON key
  • Step 6: Add the Service Account email as an Owner in GSC → Settings → Users & permissions
  • Step 7: Upload the JSON key in IndexFast dashboard

Detailed guide: Documentation

No. The basic setup requires no coding. All you need is:

  • Access to Google Search Console
  • Access to Google Cloud Console
  • A sitemap.xml URL (or just your domain)

Most users are up and running within 10 minutes. For advanced automation (cron jobs, API), basic Linux skills help but are optional — the Pro plan has a built-in scheduler.

Google provides a free quota of 200 URL submissions per day through the Indexing API. This quota is per Google Cloud project — not per GSC property.

IndexFast automatically manages the quota:

  • Free plan: up to 50 URLs/day (well within Google's free limit)
  • PRO plan: 500 URLs/day ($9.99/month)
  • Agency plan: 5,000 URLs/day ($49/month)

If you need more than 200 URLs/day, you can request a quota increase directly in the Google Cloud Console.

Yes, completely safe. IndexFast uses only the official Google Indexing API — Google's own recommended method for accelerating indexing. This is not a "gray hat" technique or a hack.

The API was built by Google specifically for this purpose. Thousands of sites use it daily without any issues. The only requirement is that you own the property in Google Search Console.

Yes. Google Search Console and the Indexing API work with sites in any language. IndexFast is used in 8 languages (English, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Polish).

The GSC data (inspection results, coverage reports, sitemap submission) works equally well for any TLD and language.

Yes. If your GSC shows "Discovered — currently not indexed" or "Crawled — currently not indexed", IndexFast can help by:

  • Notifying Google that the page exists or was updated
  • Increasing crawl priority through API signals
  • Helping Google discover new pages faster than through regular crawl

Note: IndexFast signals the page to Google — it doesn't guarantee indexing. For best results, ensure your pages have unique content and proper meta tags.

Manual submission in GSC is limited to one URL at a time — impractical for sites with hundreds or thousands of pages. IndexFast automates the entire process:

  • Parses your sitemap.xml (including sitemap index)
  • Submits all URLs in bulk via the Google Indexing API
  • Runs on a schedule automatically (Pro plan)
  • Provides a detailed indexing log with status for each URL
  • Manages the daily Google quota so you never exceed it

Yes. IndexFast fully supports:

  • Standard sitemap.xml files
  • Sitemap Index files — nested sitemaps of any depth
  • Both compressed (.xml.gz) and uncompressed sitemaps
  • Auto-discovery of sitemap if you only provide your domain

The service will recursively parse all sitemaps and submit every URL it finds.

Yes. The Google Indexing API supports two actions:

  • URL_UPDATED — tells Google the page content has changed
  • URL_DELETED — tells Google to remove the page from the index

When IndexFast detects a new or modified URL in your sitemap, it sends an URL_UPDATED notification. This signals Google to re-crawl the page much faster than waiting for discovery crawl.

Yes. IndexFast supports the IndexNow protocol, which simultaneously notifies:

  • Bing
  • Yandex
  • DuckDuckGo
  • Naver (Korea)
  • Seznam.cz (Czech Republic)
  • Yep

The IndexNow feature is available on all plans and can be enabled per site in the dashboard.

On the Free plan, you can set up automatic indexing using a cron job on your server:

  • Run the indexing script every N hours via cron
  • IndexFast provides a CLI tool you can call from cron
  • Detailed instructions are available in the Documentation

On the PRO and Agency plans, there's a built-in scheduler — no cron setup needed. Just set a schedule in your dashboard.

Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days after payment if the service didn't work for you. No questions asked.

The Agency plan is designed for SEO agencies and freelancers managing multiple projects:

  • Up to 50 sites in one account
  • 5,000 URLs/day indexing quota
  • Full API access for white-label integrations
  • White-label reports for your clients

After submitting via IndexFast, verification methods:

  • Google Search Console: URL Inspection tool — enter the URL and check the "Page indexing" status
  • site: operator: Search site:yourdomain.com/page-url in Google
  • IndexFast dashboard: Check the indexing log — each URL has a status (HTTP 200 = accepted by Google)

Note: A 200 response from the API means Google accepted the request, not that the page is live in search results yet. Indexing happens after Google's subsequent crawl.

Yes, it works with any platform that has a sitemap.xml. IndexFast is platform-agnostic:

  • WordPress: Yoast SEO/Rank Math generates sitemaps automatically
  • Shopify: Built-in sitemap at /sitemap.xml
  • Wix: Auto-generated sitemap in GSC
  • PrestaShop / OpenCart / Laravel / Joomla: All generate sitemaps

If your site has sitemap.xml — IndexFast works with it.

When you reach your plan's daily limit:

  • IndexFast stops submitting new URLs for that day
  • Remaining URLs are queued for the next day
  • You'll see a "Daily limit reached" notification in the dashboard
  • You can upgrade your plan at any time for more capacity
