✅ 1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and IndexFast ("we", "Service") regarding the use of the indexfast.pro platform.
By registering or using IndexFast in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Service.
🚀 2. Description of service
IndexFast is a tool for automatically submitting your website's URLs for indexing to Google via the official Google Indexing API.
- Reading URLs from a sitemap.xml file (including sitemap index).
- Bulk submission of URLs via the Google Indexing API within Google's quotas.
- Maintaining logs and indexing status reports.
- Automated scheduled runs (on appropriate plans).
👤 3. Registration & account
To use IndexFast, you must:
- Register with a valid email address.
- Connect a Google Service Account with access to the Google Indexing API.
- Verify website ownership or management rights in Google Search Console.
💳 4. Plans & billing
IndexFast offers the following plans:
- Start (₴0): free, up to 20 pages/day, 1 website.
- PRO (₴499/mo): up to 100 pages/day, up to 5 websites.
- Agency (₴2,999/mo): up to 1,000 pages/day, up to 50 websites.
Payment is made monthly in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. All prices include VAT.
↩️ 5. Refunds
We provide refunds in the following cases:
- A technical failure on our end that made it impossible to use the service for more than 72 consecutive hours.
- A refund request within 14 days of the first payment for a new plan (if the service was not actively used).

✔️ 6. Allowed use
You may use IndexFast to:
- Accelerate the indexing of pages on sites you legally own or manage.
- Automate the process of submitting URLs via the Google Indexing API.
- Use commercially within your selected plan.
🚫 7. Prohibited use
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Submit URLs of sites you have no right to manage.
- Resell access to IndexFast without written consent.
- Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or Google API quotas.
- Use the service to promote illegal content, spam, or malware.
©️ 8. Intellectual property
All rights to IndexFast, including its code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, belong to IndexFast and are protected by law.
⚖️ 9. Limitation of liability
IndexFast is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific indexing times or improved search rankings.
🔒 10. Termination
You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time in your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice in case of a violation of these Terms.
🔄 11. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
🏛️ 12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
